If we agree to advise on your case, do you agree to print a minimum of 100 black and white flyers, on card stock, and hang them in the area designated by your HARTT consultant, within 36 hours? Flyers are the MOST proven way that pets are returned to their owners! Hanging 100 flyers will take approximately 4 hours (get 3 friends to help, and you can be done in about an hour)*

HARTT is a nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers who do this work because we have a passion for saving at-risk animals. Donations from the public are what allow us to provide this help and advice to owners, and to have the equipment and expertise to assist. We receive no government funding. We ask that all owners of lost pets consider a charitable donation in an amount that is meaningful to you and reflects HARTT’s time and effort involved in providing these services (which we perform without requiring a set fee). Please acknowledge:*
If this case involves travel in excess of 30 miles by our closest volunteers, you agree to cover mileage expenses in the amount of $0.20 per mile (round trip from the volunteers’ homes) for all necessary travel related to this case, including hanging flyers, setting and replenishing food stations, placing or tending to trapping equipment, and animal transport. You also agree (in the RARE case this is required) to cover lodging if an overnight stay is necessary. We do our very best to be efficient with trips and minimize unnecessary travel.
